Respondent This application has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award.

2.As seen from the affidavit filed in support of this application, the Arbitration is in the argument stage. It is also noted that when the matter was posted for arguments before the Arbitrator, an Application has been taken out by the respondent to re-open and re-call its witnesses. The applicant seeks for extension of six months time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the Arbitral Award.
