These applications have been filed seeking to recognise the power of attorney dated 29.12.2023 executed by the 1st and 3rd petitioners herein in favour of the 2nd petitioner herein to proceed with the present Arbitration Appeal (CAD) and to accept the cause title in the present Arbitration Appeal (CAD) against the interim order dated 29.07.2024 in M.A. No. 2 of 2024 in Arbitration Case ID 5 of 2024, passed by the Sole Arbitrator.

Even though serious objection had been taken out in recognizing the power of attorney that had been produced before this Court, I am satisfied the power of attorney had been executed by the applicant in favour of the power agent, who is representing them in these appeals. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed as prayed for. 3.

Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 06.09.2024.

It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on either side that Application under Section 17 has also been filed pursuant to the orders impugned in this appeal seeking for disclosure of bank guarantee and freezing of bank account and the same is pending before the Arbitrator today.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing on either side are requested to make their objection on this and this Court requests the Arbitrator to await orders to be passed in this appeal before taking any decision on the application pending before him as of today. 03.09.2024 Maya Note : Issue order copy on 03.09.2024.
