The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.03.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 of IPC and Section 13(1)(a) r/w 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in Crime No.RC0322020A0006/2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. In pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 22.09.2022, the petitioner is not affordable to get treatment with Dr.Kamakshi Memorial Hospital, Medavakkam, Pallikaranai, Chennai. Therefore, he was shifted to the judicial hospital and taken treatment in the judicial hospital. If any emergency situation arise for further treatment, it is upto the judicial authorities for shifting the petitioner to any Government Hospital.
