By this application, the rectification petitioner seeks to amend the petition so as to incorporate pleadings relating to the Registrar of Trade Marks. This application is consequential to order dated 01.07.2025 in (TM)A.No.54 of 2025 impleading the Registrar of Trade Marks as the 3rd respondent.

2. The contesting respondents have no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Upon considering the proposed amendments and being satisfied that the application is liable to be allowed, this application is allowed as 2/4

prayed for. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to carry out the amendments in the petition on or before 28.07.2025 and serve a copy of the amended petition on all the parties, including the 3rd respondent within a week from then.
