This application has been filed to permit the applicant to produce the certified / attested copies of the following documents, (i) certified copy of sale deed dated 19.03.1992 Document No.564/1992 (ii) Attested copy of Construction Agreement dated 19.02.1992 (iii) Attested copy of Death Certificate of M.K.Bhaskaran dated 21.02.1993 as secondary evidence and permit the applicant to mark the above documents as secondary evidence.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed subject to proof and relevancy.
