CMP No.17550 of 2025:Petition filed to set aside the abatement caused in the above appeal due to the death of the 4th appellant Abinandan. CMP No.17551 of 2025: Petition is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 4th appellant Abinandan viz., namely petitioners 4 and 5 in this petition herein as Appellants 5 and 6 and 4th proposed respondent as 4th respondent in the above appeal.

3. I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions and I am satisfied myself with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions.

4. In view of the above, all the petitions are ordered. Registry is directd to carry out necessary amendment.
