CMP No.19161 OF 2024 in CRP SR No.106955 of 2024 P.B.BALAJI.,J Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly brings to my notice that paper publication was effected on 07.10.2025, but, however, in the said publication, the hearing date was wrongly mentioned as 28.11.2024 instead of 28.11.2025. Immediately, on noticing the same, learned counsel has effected fresh paper publication on the very next day and therefore the one day delay was sought to be condoned.

2. I am satisfied that the conditional order has been complied with.

Hence the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
