ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.17443 of 2020 dated 22.12.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that a Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17443 of 2020 dated 22.12.2023 and there is an order Page No.2 of 5

of interim stay granted in the said Writ Appeal.
