ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3858 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to disburse the pensionary benefits and also pay regular pension to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and all the pensionary benefits has been paid to the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the letter dated 27.09.2024 sent by the respondent in this regard. 3.
