ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 18.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1021 of 2024, thereby directing the first respondent to communicate the vacancies, if any in the Department of Information Technology and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the second respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been

complied with.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
