The First Respondent has filed a memo dated 15.11.2019 stating that despite best efforts taken, the following pages in the documents that had been deposited by the Petitioner could not be located:- (i) Page No. 12/12 in sale deed dated 27.03.2002 registered as Document No. 875/2002.

(ii) Page No. 12/12 in sale deed dated 27.03.2002 registered as Document No. 876/2002.

(iii) Page Nos. 26/27 and 27/27 in sale deed dated 12.08.2005 registered as Document No. 2236/2005. Certified copies of the aforesaid documents containing all the pages have been obtained and produced.

The First Respondent has also handed over a letter dated 27.11.2019 addressed to the Petitioner, confirming the aforesaid facts with a list of documents that have been returned to him. The Petitioner, who is present in Court, has acknowledged the receipt of the said letter with the documents mentioned thereon. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. 3.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
