2. The Writ Petition in 15496 of 2023 has been filed challenging cancellation of the assessment Order granted in favour of the petitioner. This Court by an Order dated 19.06.2024 quashed the cancellation of the assessment Order. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the Eculyptus trees planted by the petitioner have been removed by the respondents. Therefore seeks to issue contempt notice to the respondents.

3. At the outset, this Court is of the view that as the cancellation of assessment Order has been quashed by this Court, for removal of the tress by the respondents, the petitioner has to work out his remedy by seeking compensation and he cannot enforce that right in a contempt petition.
