Mr.A.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned proceedings pertains to goods detention notice, which was passed on 30.06.2004.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out their remedy, if still there is a need to do so. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
