This petition has been filed to quash the C.C.No.2104 of 2022 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, in which cognizance was taken for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 427, 506(ii) of IPC.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 25.03.2024. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
