Through an order dated 23.10.2024, the petitioner has been notionally promoted as Block Health Supervisor in Tamil Nadu Public Health Subordinate Service at Rs.7,500/- with effect from 27.08.1996 as per the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.13095 of 2022. As such, the disobedience alleged, cannot be termed to be willful in nature.
