The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to revise the petitioner's score and rank on the basis of the revised 12th standard examination mark sheet given to him by the fifth respondent and finalize the selection list prepared by it for admission to engineering colleges for the B.E/B.Tech course through counseling for the year 2013-14.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition is related to the academic year 2013-2014.

Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
