O R D E R

While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 16.03.2020, this Court directed the Wakf Tribunal, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in C.M.P.No.26 of 2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. This Court has received a letter dated 18.11.2020 from the Wakf Tribunal, Chennai, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 16.03.2020 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended upto 01.02.2021 to comply with the order dated 16.03.2020 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
