The petitioner has filed this revision petition to set aside the order dated 20.02.2023 made in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in HMOP.No.1230 of 2021 on the file of Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. 1\4

2. Heard, Mr.L.Muniswamy learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Abinesh learned counsel for Mr.Vigneshwar Elango learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner / husband submitted that the documents which sought to be produced by the wife is not relevant to the proceedings before the trial Court. The respondent / wife has filed application to produce additional documents, but most of the documents are Email pertaining to the communication between the respondent and the petitioner's parents.

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has filed an I.A.3 of 2022 in HMOP.No.1230 of 2021, before the Additional Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore under Order VII Rule 14(3) of CPC to condone the delay in producing the petition mentioned documents on her side. The said documents are ordered to be allowed by the learned trial Judge with subject to prove and relevancy and also directed to file additional proof affidavit with necessary details and particulars of those additional documents while marking the same.

5. Admittedly the wife is entitled to produce those documents. Hence, the findings rendered by the learned trial Judge, which needs no interference by this Court.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 06.12.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rri To 1.The Additional Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore.
