(1)The above writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue machinery certificates to the petitioner to participate in the tender viz. BRR.C.No.B3/1603/2025-1(Pkg-1-15), of which the documents were uploaded on 07.07.2025 on the file of the 1st respondent as per the application of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025. (2)Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and he would submit that the petitioner would be issued with the Machinery Certificates by tomorrow [10.07.2025].
(3)Recording the statement of the learned Standing counsel for the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
