This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1000 of 2018 pending on the file of first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.R.Ramesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. The earlier quash petition that was filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6147 of 2021 to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1000 of 2018 was dismissed on merits by order dated 13.09.2022. Therefore, there is no question of entertaining the second quash petition since it will amount to reviewing the earlier order passed by this Court. If no final report has been filed till date, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to file the final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4
