O R D E R

[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner is the mother of the detenue. She has come up with this Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents for production of the detenue.

2. Today, the detenue - Rohini is present before us. As she is willing to go with her mother, the Petitioner herein, we do not find any illegal custody involved.

3. We make it clear that the 2nd Respondent/Police shall not harass the Petitioner or her relatives in the guise of investigation.

In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, setting the detenue at liberty.
