ORDER

Mr.R. Thangamani, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and Mr.L.Murali Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent are before this Court.

2.Mr.R. Thangamani, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submits that the main suit in O.S.No.3212 of 2015 on the file of the learned XVIII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, was dismissed on 06.10.2023. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
