The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent now submitted the proceedings of the Principal Accountant General (A & E), Tamil Nadu, Chennai dated 19.09.2017, stating that the pensionary benefits due to the petitioner is already paid including the family pension. 2.In view of the fact that the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed and no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
