This revision petition has been filed against the docket order dated 21.07.2023 passed by the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore in E.P. No.73 of 2021 in C.P. No.164 of 2014.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the revision has been filed against the order of attachment dated 21.07.2023 on the file of the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore. He would further submit that subsequently the entire E.P. amount has been deposited and the full settlement has also been recorded and that the E.P. is terminated and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire E.P. amount has been deposited and that the E.P. is terminated, this civil revision petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
