ORDER

By consent of both the parties this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to register the Sale Deed No. 108 of 2022 dated 16.07.2022 and presented on 19.07.2022 and release the original document of sale deed after due registration to the petitioner.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner presented a Sale 2/5

Deed document dated 16.07.2002 before the second respondent. However, the said document was refused to be registered by the second respondent. The 2nd respondent has neither returned the sale deed pending document No.108/2022 dated 16.07.2022 nor passed the rejection order. Hence the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to register the said document.

4. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 2nd respondent to entertain the document presented by the petitioner on 19.07.2022 .

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the document presented by the petitioner will be entertained and appropriate orders will be passed, if it is otherwise in order.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the second respondent to entertain the document 3/5

presented by the petitioner, if it is otherwise in order and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the petitioner is directed to pay requisite Stamp Duty and Registration Charges.

7. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
