ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.10.2021 and file the F.I.R. in that regard.
2. It is represented that Document No.1547 of 2021, which is claimed as forged one, dated 24.08.2021 has been cancelled and the encumbrance created has been removed. The petitioner has also given a letter on 20.12.2021 withdrawing the complaint and based on which, the complaint has already been closed.
3. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter as the prayer sought in this original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition has become infructuous. The closure report and the intimation are directed to be sent to the petitioner, who is at New Delhi.
