This petition is filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.A.N.Viswanatha Rao, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent/Insurance Company.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents 1 to 3.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 11 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
