O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by one of the accused in Crime No.20 of 2024 on the file of the Cyber Crime Police Station, West Zone, Chennai District to club other three cases registered for an identical offence by various other police station.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint from several districts by different persons been registered and are under investigation. Clubbing of all the cases will not arise since the cause of action, complainant and the modus operandi differs.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the amount which was transferred by A1 to the account of the petitioner on 16.12.2023 been transferred to various other accounts on the same day, therefore all cases can be clubbed and investigated together. 4.

The source of the money came to the account of the accused and the distribution of it to various other accounts maintained at different part of the country, warranted registration of case by various police station. The act of crime is not one and the same to be tried of same policy. Therefore, clubbing of criminal investigation arising out of different transaction is not proper.

In view of the above, this Court finds no merit in this petition, hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 04.09.2024 Index : Yes/No rpl Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.
