Heard Mr. T.M.Mano, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, Mrs. N.Senthil Selvi, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. Y.Bhuvanesh Kumar, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to furnish the information sought by the Second Respondent by letter dated 22.11.2021 regarding Letter No. PP/NHRB/S(B1)/0595/2021 within a time frame that may be fixed by the Court.

It has been brought to notice that the First Respondent by Letter in Na. Ka. No. 4897/2022/Aa2 dated 25.10.2022, has sent the report to the Second 2/4

Respondent. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving their rights to workout their remedies, if they have any other grievance before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
