ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in F.I.R No.123 of 2014, pending on the file of 1/4

the respondent Police and file Final Report before the concerned Court as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecution, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Closure Report has been filed as civil in nature and the R.C.S notice is yet to be served on the de-facto complainant.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to serve R.C.S notice to the de-facto complainant by this week and it is left open to the de-facto complainant to work out his remedy by filing an appropriate protest petition before the concerned Court and proceed further in accordance with law.
