Court on 19.06.2025 has been complied with. Learned counsel further submits that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and have already filed a mutual consent divorce petition and thereby, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition. A Memo to the said effect is also filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court today.
2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
