ORDER

This civil revision petition is directed as against the petition and order of IA.No.392 of 2004 in MCOP.No.787 of 2002 passed on 26.04.2002 by the learned I Additional District Judge of Coimbatore.

The petitioner is the third respondent in the claim petition filed by the claimants. While pending the petition in MCOP.No.787 of 2002, the petitioner filed application for seeking adjournment for sixty days and the same was dismissed. This MCOP is of the year 2002. Probably the claim petition in MCOP.No.787 of 2002 itself would have been disposed of. That apart, the civil revision petition has become infructuous since the prayer sought for in this petition is only for sixty days. 3.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
