A.No.4336 of 2022 in C.S.No.626 of 2009 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN, J., This application is filed seeking permission to let in secondary evidence by marking photocopies of the plaint documents on the side of plaintiff evidence.

2.It is seen that almost all the documents filed along with the plaint, are xerox copies. Certified copies of the documents can be obtained from the concerned authorities and produced before this Court. Subject to the provisions of evidence Act for letting in secondary evidence, applicant is permitted to let in secondary evidence.

3.Accordingly this application is allowed. No Costs.
