The learned counsel for the contemnors/respondents delivers the key to the learned counsel for the landlord/contempt petitioner. The landlord is now free to take physical possession of the property. However, he is required to report after opening the building within an hour and hence the matter is passed over for a while.

2. Accordingly, after an hour or so, the contempt petitioner/landlord submitted that he opened the doors and took possession of the property. In such view of the matter the contempt petition is closed.
