This is a petition to condone the delay of 180 days in preferring an appeal as against the Final Award dated 30.07.2018 passed in MCOP No.214 of 2014 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court (MACT), Mannargudi.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
