Reliance General Ins. Co. Ltd. v. V.Sivabalan

C.M.P.No.23472 of 2019 in C.M.A.SR.No.107939 of 2019 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J and V.SIVAGNANAM, J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 95 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the first respondent is the claimant and the respondents 2 and 3 are the driver and the owner of the offending vehicle and they remained exparte before the Tribunal.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4.Hence, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
