The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 411 of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had robbed the mobile phone from the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and a false complaint has been foisted against him. He would further submit that on 15.09.2022, the respondent Police had taken illegal custody of the petitioner's father and he was kept in the Police Station. 4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is an habitual offender involved in the offence of robbery and cheating. He would further submit that there are five previous cases similar in nature pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking into account the nature of offence and the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
