O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.142 of 2024 on the file of Chitlapakkam Police Station, Chennai to some other Police Officer, since the petitioner who is the complainant is not satisfied in the manner known to which, the Investigating Officer handling this case.

2. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner herein claims that he is having CC.Tv footage of the occurrence and the suspect one Vijaya Kumar who is tenant under him. So far the petitioner has not participated in the investigation. Therefore, it is suffice to direct the petitioner herein to appear before the Investigating Officer and produce materials available with him to substantiate his complaint and the suspicion on receipt of the material.

3. The second respondent police shall proceed with the 2/4

investigation in a free and fair manner and complete it within reasonable time. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 10.09.2024 and participate in the investigation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
