Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Refusal Check Slip in Refusal number RFL / MECHERI / 36 / 2021 dated 26.10.2021 and to quash the same as illegal and unsustainable and further direct the respondent to admit and register the gift settlement deed dated 26.10.2021 executed by petitioner herein in favour of his son namely Velmurugan and Sundaraj respectively with respect to properties in S.No.366/3A, measuring an extent of Punjai Acre 0.30 cents in S.No.368/4 measuring an extent of Punjai Acre 23.75 cents together with 1/2 share in the Well and 5HP motor pumpset which is situated at Vellar Village Mecheri Mettur Taluk and Salem District.

In both WPs For Petitioner : Mr.V.Sakkarapani For Respondents : Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan for R1 Special Government Pleader Mr.D.Lakshmipathy for R2 to R7 COMMON ORDER Today, these matters were listed under the caption, "For Withdrawal" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. When the matters were taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner also sought leave of this Court to withdraw these writ petition. He also made endorsements in the case bundles to that effect.
