C O M M O N O R D E R (By Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) These Writ Petitions have been filed to forbear the respondents from revising the pay of the petitioners, reducing and recovering on the basis of unlawful audit objection.
2. Mr.S.Arjun Suresh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, these Writ Petitions are taken for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. A glance at the relief sought for by the petitioners discloses that they seek a blanket direction to the respondents, which is impermissible, as admittedly, no order has been passed by the respondents on the basis of the audit objection. Moreover, only show cause notices were issued to the petitioners, for which, it is stated that the petitioners had already submitted their reply, but no decision has yet been taken by the respondents.
4. It is pertinent to state that if the petitioners are aggrieved by any order or decision of the Authority, it is always open to them to question the same before the 2/4
Court of Law, in the absence of which, there is no justification on the part of the petitioners to invoke the Writ jurisdiction of this Court based on the surmises. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain these Writ Petitions.
5. In the result, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the reply submitted by the petitioners and take a decision thereon at an early date, but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
