PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in his impugned order passed in Moo.Mo.149/2025/A1 dated 29.05.2025 and quash the same and direct the respondent to survey and measure my land situated at No.119A, "Sri Lakshmi Gardens", Vilankuruchi village comprised in old Survey No.441/1, 441/2A, 441/2B, 441/2C, 441/2D measuring to an extent of 6550 Sq.ft and fix boundary stones.
