ORDER

The petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering in the civil dispute that exists between the petitioners and the respondents 4 to 7.

2.In this regard, the 1st petitioner, on behalf of the other petitioners, has also given a petition to the Superintendent of Police, Villupuram.

3.Heard Mr.G.Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Krishnasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 & 5.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petition given by the petitioner was forwarded to the Land Grabbing Cell, Villupuram, for conducting an enquiry. Subsequently, upon enquiry, it revealed that the issue was of Civil in nature and hence, the complaint was dropped. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, Villupuram District, Villupuram has also stated in his counter that they have never interfered in the Civil matter between the petitioners and respondents 4 to 7.

5.In view of the specific stand and the statement made in the counter affidavit that the respondents 1 to 3 are not unlawfully interfering in the Civil Dispute no further order is required in this Writ Petition.
