This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.9835 of 2024 on 04.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions for the past 1 1⁄2 months regularly. Investigation is also completed.

3. Considering the said submission;

the nature of offences; the fact that the investigation is completed and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the NDPS Court, Chennai on every first day of the English Calendar month for three (3) months", apart from hearing dates.
