This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender in Crl.M.P.No.12132 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14704 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 06.10.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
