In all these three writ petitions, the petitioners have sought for taking departmental action against the Inspector of Police on the ground of negligence on her part in performing her official duty.

2.Heard Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4/6

petitioners and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the grievance of the petitioners will have to be agitated before the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court. Except for the fact that the higher official is within the jurisdiction of this Court, all the other issues have arisen within the jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench. Therefore, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move a fresh writ petition before the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court.
