These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to condone the delay of 137 days in filing the set aside abatement petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also in view of the No Objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the aforesaid delay is condoned.
