These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioner/appellant to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Rukkummal w/o Ramasamy Gowder, who is the first respondent in C.M.A.No.1295 of 2021 and the second respondent in C.M.A.Nos.1311, 1369 and 1333 of 2021.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also in view of the No Objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
