This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of original copy of judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.293 of 2018, dated 28.04.2023 passed by Addl. Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed application for issuance of original copy of the judgment and decree, but the same is not made ready till date. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of judgment and decree. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 01.10.2024 04.09.2024 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
