Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 5th respondent to recall and destroy the DPT (Diphtheria, pertussis & tetanus) vaccines manufactured by the 5th respondent institute and supplied to the medical stores for immunization to the children through the 7th and 8th respondents, as the manufacture was done without complying with Current Good Manufacturing Practice in accordance with Schedule-M of Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.
