This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 2355 days in paying the deficit Court fee in the above captioned Cross Objection.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to number the Cross Objection, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same after two weeks.
